1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States (48 contiguous states).

At this time, we are unable to deliver orders to:

• Alaska

• Hawaii

• U.S. Territories

• APO/FPO military addresses

• International destinations

We are continually evaluating new shipping regions and may expand our delivery coverage in the future.

2. Order Processing

After your order is placed and confirmed, it will typically be prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.

Business Days: Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. public holidays).

Orders placed during weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

3. Order Cut-Off Time

Orders received before 5:00 PM EST on a business day are typically included in that day's processing schedule.

Orders placed after the daily cut-off time will be processed on the following business day.

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we'll send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active after your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

6. Shipping Delays

Although we strive to deliver every order on time, unexpected delays can sometimes occur.

If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact our customer support team. We'll gladly work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and keep you informed.

Sanderga is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional shipping costs resulting from:

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses

• Invalid recipient information

• Failed delivery attempts due to customer error

If you notice an address mistake immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update the information before your order ships.

8. Signature Requirement

Orders shipped within the continental United States generally do not incur customs or import charges.

If shipping regulations change or additional government fees become applicable, any required customs duties, taxes, or import fees will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
